"I felt the agency did a good job with getting the house listed and marketed. Tom did give me some good advice on what to do and not do as I got my home ready to sell, but after the listing I do not feel that I was given good advice or that there was much of an attempt at creating a competitive process to maximize what I received as the seller, even though the agency was my agent. I also was very disappointed on the lack of advice on the process and what to do when during the closing process. The last time I sold a home was about 36 years before this, and the process is completely different. I could not recommend this agency to anyone else."
